Honestly, my experience with Stone Steel was incredibly disappointing. I ordered 10,000 pounds of material, but it arrived in such poor condition – heavily rusted and completely unacceptable – that we couldn't use it at all. Worse, they refused to take the material back or issue a refund. They only offered account credit, which I’ve tried to use, but the prices they quoted were shockingly high, making any further purchase completely impractical. It seems like they’re just holding onto my money, and I’m already looking for much better suppliers to work with.
