  Overall, I was really pleased with the work that was done. Despite the rain delay, the team did a fantastic job, and Kevin and the Jamaican worker in particular were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. Everyone was very professional and it was clear they had a high level of expertise. I’d absolutely recommend them for the pool installation again – even Kristen, the admin person and scheduler, was awesome. My only minor suggestion would be for them to be a little more responsive to texts, as I know they’re incredibly busy at the moment. The photos looked great after I’d finished planning, and I really liked the black rubber mulch they used. report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with C&D installers. From the very beginning, their communication was excellent, and they were incredibly patient with us as we worked out a few scheduling changes. On installation day, Kevin and his team were fantastic – so kind and courteous, and they really took the time to answer all of our questions. Kevin, the foreman, was especially helpful in making sure we understood everything involved in owning a pool. We’d absolutely recommend C&D to anyone in the Baltimore area looking to get a pool installed! report abuse

  “Honestly, $250 for just an estimate on a repair for a pool they’d already installed years ago seemed a little steep, especially considering they’re only about two or three miles away. I wasn’t really expecting a loyalty program either, so it’s just part of the cost, I suppose.” report abuse

  I was really impressed with this company! The workers were incredibly friendly and the quality of their work was outstanding – everything was done so neatly and efficiently.   I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I contacted them to arrange a liner change and they were fantastic at helping me figure out which liner was compatible with my new home. The women in the office were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. And then Mike #63 and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job installing the liner – truly professional and friendly.   “Overall, the team did a fantastic job installing our new pool – it looked absolutely brand new! We were so relieved when they stayed to check for leaks as the water filled up. However, we did run into a small issue after the install where the water level wasn't high enough to start the pump, and then a hose detached. Thankfully, Kevin responded incredibly quickly, arriving within an hour and resolving the problem. The service was truly amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better.” report abuse
