  Alvin was fantastic – truly the most professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. He really took the time to understand my project, the sun room and deck addition, and his presentation was incredibly detailed. You could tell he’s passionate about his work and the quality of his products, and the warranty he offered was exceptional.   Overall, our experience with Hickory Dickery Deck was a bit frustrating at first, but ultimately positive. They initially took the time to visit our home and really understand what we were envisioning for our sunroom, spending an hour listening to our needs and taking measurements. However, it took three weeks to receive the price quotes for the different sizes, and we had to follow up to get them. After that delay, they were able to deliver a beautiful sunroom within two weeks. It seems like there were some miscommunications along the way, but they were able to get the job done successfully. We’ll definitely be using them for our next project – we’ve already decided to go with Hickory Dickery Deck! report abuse
