  Overall, I was incredibly pleased with my experience at Carpet One. The staff in the showroom were really knowledgeable and helpful, and they had a fantastic selection of carpets. But what really stood out was the professionalism of the installation team – they did a truly outstanding job and left the space looking absolutely spotless.   Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “We hired Carpet One to replace the flooring in our restaurant kitchen, putting down a $2,520 deposit on our credit card. While most of the work was finished in late May, they then charged the full amount of the original contract – $2,554 – to our card without our permission. We’ve contacted them repeatedly over the last four months, trying to get them to finish the job or issue a refund, but the owner, Justin, repeatedly agreed to return but never showed up. Unfortunately, the quality of the work is seriously lacking; there’s a trip hazard between sections, and the tiles are already cracking. Based on this experience, we strongly advise against using Carpet One and definitely don’t give them your credit card information. They don’t seem to stand behind their work, despite what they advertise.” report abuse

  “We were really hoping to have our carpets stretched at Carpet One, and initially they seemed to confirm they offered that service. However, we never heard back from them after our initial inquiry. We followed up, and the employee we spoke with said he’d investigate, but again, we received no update. Honestly, all we wanted was to get the job done, and their lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. It seemed like they were only taking on straightforward jobs, and it felt like they weren’t prioritizing our request.” report abuse

  Honestly, I had a fantastic experience here looking for flooring. They have an amazing selection – everything from durable, pet-friendly options to healthier choices for kids, and tons of different styles to choose from.
