“My daughter and I were both really pleased with our experience working with Overhead Door Co. Micah, the sales associate who helped us choose our new garage door, was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. We made a few changes to the initial proposal, and when Micah was unavailable due to vacation, Derek Gotta, his manager, stepped in and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and offer really good advice. Honestly, both Micah and Derek really represent Overhead Door Co. well. We’re completely confident the installation team will provide the same level of excellent service next month.”

“I’m really disappointed with the quality of these doors. During the installation, it was obvious they weren’t following the guide points for the screws – the parts just didn’t line up. Now, the doors are making a constant racket of pops, creaks, and cracks when I open and close them. I’ve also noticed a noticeable gap between the panels on one of the doors. Honestly, I should have gone with a different local company based on what I’d heard. It seems like they’re not very good with repairs, and I suspect I’ll be needing to call for service pretty soon because of how noisy and clunky they are.”

I’ve been a customer for quite some time, purchasing several thousand dollars’ worth of doors, and unfortunately, I’ve experienced a significant decline in quality control. It’s become increasingly common for deliveries to arrive incomplete, and it feels like the front office isn’t prioritizing the impact this has on the team and their customers. Ultimately, we’ve found it’s more cost-effective to source similar high-end doors from the big box stores – their product is comparable, and their customer support is just as adequate when issues arise.

“I’m really disappointed with my experience here. They significantly overcharged for both parts and labor. The tech was only there for 25 minutes, but they charged a full hour’s labor at $71 an hour. On top of that, they added $1.80 per mile for the round trip, which felt completely unreasonable. The parts themselves were also marked up hugely – I provided retail prices for the exact torsion springs I needed, which were between $56 and $96, but I was charged $199.50 plus the cost of unnecessary cones. When I questioned the bill, the tech simply estimated around $200, yet the final charge was $357.41. It felt like blatant price gouging, and I strongly advise anyone considering this shop to look elsewhere.”

Brandon did a fantastic job troubleshooting my door issue. It turned out to be a tricky problem with the older system – it’s 27 years old! He really persevered and tried several different approaches until he finally got it working perfectly.

“I was so impressed with this team! We called about a garage door issue – it wasn’t closing – and with a snowstorm coming in, we were really concerned about getting buried. They responded incredibly quickly, sending someone out by 9:30 a.m. and had the whole problem resolved by 5 p.m. Everyone was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Fantastic service!”
-
“We’re absolutely thrilled with our new garage door – the motor and tracks are fantastic too! The salesman was really great and the installer did a fantastic job.”
-
The team was really great – friendly and easy to work with, especially when it came to getting a new garage door installed.

“Overall, these doors are really well-made and it’s clear the team has a lot of skill. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly service I received.”
