  “I was really disappointed with the service I received today. Troy Williams Heating was scheduled to clean my furnace at 10:00 am, a unit they installed six years ago. They never showed up or contacted me, and I haven't been able to reach them at all – I've called twice and their voicemail is completely full. I waited over an hour for a callback, and I’d rearranged my entire day around this appointment. I’m switching to Dead River; they have a much better reputation and I’ll be giving them a call.” report abuse

  “I contacted Troy Williams about a furnace emergency, but unfortunately he was already swamped. He did offer to check in later and even take a look himself if I couldn’t find another technician right away, which I really appreciated. Thankfully, I was able to get someone out this morning. It turned out Troy had correctly assessed the situation. More than anything, I was really impressed with his helpfulness and the advice he gave me – he truly went above and beyond with a quick phone call.   Overall, the installation of the Mitsubishi heat pump went really well and it’s working fantastic – I’m very happy with it. They also did a good job servicing our existing system. However, I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of follow-up service. I’ve been trying for months to get them to address the Mitsubishi heat pump and garage furnace they installed, and haven’t received any communication at all. Honestly, that’s made me hesitant to recommend them, as reliable service after the initial purchase seems to be a major issue. report abuse

  “Matt was incredibly unreliable. He didn’t show up for our scheduled appointments and never contacted me to let me know, even when he said he was dealing with a health issue – which resulted in a reschedule. It was disappointing because he seemed like a nice guy, but consistently failing to communicate or honor commitments is simply unacceptable business behavior.” report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment. The person I spoke with seemed completely unwilling to make the appointment happen, just repeatedly suggesting I go somewhere else. Honestly, I’d be looking into this closely if I were the owner – perhaps some secret shopping would be a good idea. I definitely won’t be returning my call.” report abuse
