“I was really disappointed with the service I received today. Troy Williams Heating was scheduled to clean my furnace at 10:00 am, a unit they installed six years ago. They never showed up or contacted me, and I haven't been able to reach them at all – I've called twice and their voicemail is completely full. I waited over an hour for a callback, and I’d rearranged my entire day around this appointment. I’m switching to Dead River; they have a much better reputation and I’ll be giving them a call.”

Overall, the installation of the Mitsubishi heat pump went really well and it’s working fantastic – I’m very happy with it. They also did a good job servicing our existing system. However, I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of follow-up service. I’ve been trying for months to get them to address the Mitsubishi heat pump and garage furnace they installed, and haven’t received any communication at all. Honestly, that’s made me hesitant to recommend them, as reliable service after the initial purchase seems to be a major issue.
