I can’t recommend this company. We hired them to fix a leak around our chimney, and the job quickly turned into a disaster. We paid $600, but less than six months later, the flashing was significantly worse and our ceiling is now falling apart. When we contacted them to request a repair or refund, we were met with unhelpful responses and ultimately hung up on. To add to our concerns, we’ve since discovered the company has a history of fraud, having been sued by the federal government. It’s clear they haven’t addressed these issues, and we’re extremely disappointed with the poor quality of their work and their lack of responsibility.

Roof Systems of Maine was incredibly disappointing. We contacted them to get an estimate for a new metal roof on the house we’re buying, and the initial phone interaction was completely dismissive. The woman who answered just flatly refused to provide an estimate because we didn’t own the property. We tried to explain our situation, but she wasn't interested in hearing it. It felt like she simply decided we weren’t a worthwhile customer. Her rudeness and unwillingness to even speak with management was unacceptable and frankly, disrespectful. It’s baffling how a company could treat potential clients this way, and I'm seriously questioning whether they’re truly interested in doing business.
