I have to be honest, I’ve been really concerned about this place. It feels like they’ve consistently tried to overcharge me, and I’ve been let down repeatedly. They even attempted to bill my wife for a hydrostatic test we’d already had done in 2017, despite a clear sign on the tank stating it had been tested at that time. It’s made me question their honesty.

I was really disappointed with the service I received today. A customer in a FPS jacket was incredibly rude, cutting in line and making a dismissive comment about the other shoppers. It was completely unacceptable behavior and reflected poorly on the company. We need to ensure all our staff are trained to be courteous and respectful of everyone.
