  Shana, Chris, Steven, and Tom were fantastic – they really went above and beyond! They were so friendly and clearly cared deeply for our new dogs, treating them like cherished members of their own families.   I’m absolutely thrilled with my Invisible Fence! It’s given my dog so much more freedom to roam the yard, and it’s fantastic not having to worry about chains or tie-outs. I was a little skeptical at first, especially with my English Bulldog’s stubborn nature, but thanks to the great training support they provided – both with the training flags and with their guidance – she quickly learned the boundaries. It’s been four years now, and recently she almost escaped, but I was so relieved when their customer service team stepped in immediately. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and someone even came out to our property the next day to diagnose a battery issue. It was a real learning experience for her, and they quickly reset the training flags with new batteries. Now she’s back to her old self, standing at the fence line with her hair raised, but she hasn’t crossed it once since! What really sets them apart is their ongoing support. They even have a battery delivery plan, which is so convenient. And to think, the fence itself has a lifetime warranty! It’s amazing to know they’re invested in your dog’s safety and well-being – I can text them with any concerns, and they actually check in to make sure she’s not pushing the limits.
