I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. When I contacted them for an estimate, they weren’t helpful at all, didn’t offer any assistance, and seemed completely uninterested in my needs. To add to the frustration, my information was lost and I wasn’t even included on their list for an estimate. I was then dismissed in a rude manner. Thankfully, Justice will be providing an estimate tomorrow, but the initial interaction was truly unacceptable – I would definitely give them zero stars.
