“I was really impressed with this company – the service from start to finish was fantastic. The owner was great to deal with, and Bill Robinson, the surveyor, did a brilliant job surveying the line on my property. He clearly knows his stuff and you can tell he’s experienced.”

“I’m incredibly frustrated with the surveying process for my house. I’ve been working with my bank and they insisted on a survey, which I’ve been pursuing since November. It took them until January to even give me a quote – and getting anyone to answer the phone was nearly impossible. They quoted me $650 for a small house in Penfield, with a very small yard, and said it would take 2-4 weeks. It’s now been five weeks, and I’ve called every day, only to be told it was sitting on the boss’s desk for review. After multiple unanswered calls, I went to their office to find it hadn’t even been touched. Honestly, it’s completely unacceptable, and I’m now facing the very real possibility of having to redo my entire mortgage application and credit check because of their inaction. It's putting my closing date in serious jeopardy.”
