“I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone – leaving multiple voicemails and not receiving any return calls. Eventually, I was able to speak with the receptionist, and while she initially agreed to let me come in for a quick chat, she was incredibly dismissive. She essentially laughed at the idea of a brief conversation with an engineer, and shockingly, didn’t even mention that the Brainerd branch only dealt with civil engineers, despite me specifically requesting a landscape or structural engineer. I’d already spoken to someone about this before, and the information wasn’t conveyed to me. The receptionist’s attitude was judgmental and unwelcoming, and ultimately, it felt like a complete waste of my time due to the terrible communication and lack of helpful information.”

The engineers seemed to constantly lose track of our conversations and agreed-upon decisions, which ultimately led to significant financial losses for me. I wouldn’t recommend working with them.”
