We’ll definitely be using them again for future repairs. We especially appreciated them responding to our call after 5pm and getting someone out to us the next day.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with Mid-Michigan Garage Door. It’s frustrating because they have such high ratings, but my experience was far from ideal. As a medical contractor, my work schedule is quite irregular, so when I book an appointment a week in advance that requires someone else to drive in and stay at my home, I expect it to actually happen. It was incredibly upsetting when they canceled the appointment just two hours beforehand – my father had driven a significant distance to be there. It feels like a recurring issue; about three times now, scheduled Friday appointments have been canceled due to contractors being suddenly unavailable. They didn’t even offer a discount to compensate for the wasted time and my father’s inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this company – there are definitely better options out there. report abuse

  “Overall, I felt the $375 bill was a bit high, especially considering the price of replacement springs I found online. I got a quote for around $100 a pair, but I appreciate that they replaced my garage door springs and got the job done so quickly – they were actually available the same day!
