Overall, the House from GHC was delivered and built on schedule, which was a major plus. However, we encountered a few issues that are still being resolved a year later. Unfortunately, our experience with the sales person was extremely poor – they were, quite frankly, the worst builder we’ve ever worked with. Looking back, we really wish we had done more research on the company before committing. It’s clear we underestimated the importance of choosing a reliable builder, and ultimately, we paid a significant price for that oversight.

We’re so incredibly happy we chose GH as our builders! We’d initially considered another company, but after a tough five months, we switched to GH and it was the best decision we made. They delivered our house on time, and everyone we worked with – especially our contractor and his team at NorthAmerican Home Builders – was fantastic and did a truly outstanding job.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the quality of work and the complete lack of support I’ve received from this company. This house was built almost two years ago, and from the start, it’s been a constant battle. The entry doors are difficult to close, the sliding doors warp, there’s leaky plumbing, failing faucets, and shingles that were never properly installed. I’ve had to do a lot of the work myself, which is unacceptable considering I hired professionals. What’s truly frustrating is the company’s complete disregard for my problems. When the initial service person suggested the issues were “acceptable,” it was clear they weren’t taking my concerns seriously. Now, they’re claiming it's a warranty issue while refusing to do anything until a claim is filed, months later. And to add insult to injury, they’ve essentially blamed me for the issues, citing improper nailing and overlap – despite the fact that the original installation was flawed. The worst part is the lack of communication. When I contacted them about the problem, they acted like they knew nothing about it! It’s completely unacceptable to be ignored and treated like a nuisance. I paid professionals to handle this, and I expected a quality product and responsive support. Honestly, I’m left wondering if anyone actually cares about ensuring a good outcome.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “The house itself was really solid – we’ve had it for almost three years and haven’t had any issues with it. However, our experience with the salespeople through Westwood Homes was quite negative. We wouldn’t recommend them.”
-
“We absolutely love our Alpine – we’ve had it since 1999 and it’s been a fantastic, trouble-free home. It’s built really well, and we haven’t had any problems with it at all.”
-
“This company really impressed me – their team was fantastic and the modular homes they build look absolutely top-notch.”
-
Okay, here’s a natural-sounding rewrite of that evaluation: “Overall, the initial project at their facility was handled well. However, the repairs themselves were really disappointing – I’d strongly recommend doing thorough research before committing. I have a lot of specific details I can share if needed.”
-
“It sounds like you’ve made some good progress – you’ve got a location and a house picked out. Now we just need to find a reliable contractor to get the work started.”
-
“It’s fantastic to see a company that really focuses on creating custom homes right here in the community. Building your dream home locally is a great approach.”
