“I can’t recommend General Housing Corporation or B. Noble Construction. My wife and I had an incredibly frustrating experience building our new home with them. We were forced to use B. Noble Construction, chosen by GHC, and it was a terrible decision. After two years, the house is still unfinished and riddled with problems – everything from shoddy workmanship to complete disappearances on the part of the contractor. B. Noble was consistently late, missed appointments, and his subcontractors were completely unprepared. We ended up dealing with incorrect installations, safety hazards like uneven stair rails, and a general mess. They even tried to charge us for things that hadn’t been completed! We had to involve the city inspectors multiple times because B. Noble wouldn’t show up. To add insult to injury, they placed a lien on our property and lost the legal battle. It became clear they were simply taking advantage of us – double billing, inflating invoices, and ignoring industry standards. Throughout the whole ordeal, GHC offered little to no support, just repeating that it was “between you and your builder.” Honestly, it’s clear they’re simply passing the buck. We wouldn’t trust B. Noble or his subcontractors with anything, and I strongly advise anyone considering working with GHC to steer clear.”

This property really shines – the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the homes themselves are absolutely lovely.
