  Redline Electric did an absolutely fantastic job on our new home – we were so impressed! They were incredibly friendly and professional, and it was clear the inspector recognized their skill; he immediately identified them as the best electrician in the area.   Tom and his team were fantastic – we really appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. He quickly identified the issue with our electrical problem and was incredibly polite throughout the whole process. It’s tough enough getting a reply in this area, so we were really impressed with how quickly he got back to us. We’ve used him over the past two years, and he’s always done a great job, completely finishing every repair. To be honest, I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews – on Christmas Eve 2024, he even drove 30 miles to our house and fixed five switches!   Tom initially seemed responsive, quickly scheduling an estimate that was split into two parts. However, it took him five weeks to return for the first part, and the second part remains unfinished almost three months later. Since then, he’s been completely unresponsive, failing to return my calls or texts for over a month. I received a lot of excuses about delays with Consumer Energy and inspectors, but nothing ever progressed. Ultimately, while he was professional and polite when he did come to the property, I wouldn’t recommend him – I needed a complete job and haven’t received it. report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the progress on this job. We were originally told it would be completed within ten days, but it’s now been three weeks and he’s only managed to spend very short bursts of time here, often just fifteen minutes at a time. He hasn’t responded to any of our calls or texts, and the job is still far from finished.” report abuse
