They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with matching a color sample – it took a few tries, but the sales associates were so friendly and accommodating throughout the process.   “I was really disappointed with the customer service I received. I was looking for a cedar wood stain and the salesperson kept asking me a lot of questions about its intended use – whether I was planning to use it on a fence or deck. When I finally told them it was for a deck, they informed me they didn’t have that color in stock. Then they asked about semi- or solid stain options, and again, they didn't have what I wanted. The only alternative was a custom order that would take a whole week.” report abuse

  “I recently had a really strange experience at your store. I was browsing, and it felt like I was being watched by the employees without anyone approaching me to offer assistance. When I finally asked about a specific paint – an extra-white semi-gloss water-based paint – they seemed confused and treated my request as if I was completely out of the blue.
