  “The customer service I received was really disappointing. I was looking for a cedar wood stain and the employee kept asking me a lot of questions about my project – specifically if I was planning to use it on a fence or deck. When I told him I was interested in it for a deck, he informed me we didn't have that color in stock. Then he kept asking about semi-gloss or solid, and again, we didn't have that option available, and he said I’d have to wait a week to order it.” report abuse

I felt like I was being watched by the staff as soon as I walked in, and when I asked about a specific paint – an extra-white semi-gloss water-based paint – they seemed confused and treated my request as if I were asking for something unusual.” report abuse
