I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I called to reserve a field mower for the next day and arrived promptly when they opened. However, they refused to let me pick it up, stating that my job site, which is 40 miles away in Baltimore County, was “not worth the $400.” It felt incredibly unprofessional, especially considering I’ve rented equipment from them before. I won’t be returning.
