I experienced a significant issue with one of the supervisors today. He was operating the forklift, and his forks were extended far beyond the pallet, posing a clear risk of damaging my trailer. I politely brought this to his attention, simply asking him to be careful and pointing out the problem. However, he reacted very aggressively, becoming argumentative and asking me to wait outside. Later, I heard he misrepresented the situation to someone on the phone, claiming I was trying to dictate how he did his job. It seemed he wasn’t receptive to feedback from white employees. Given this behavior, I wouldn't recommend working with this individual or this carrier – it appears they have a difficult approach to feedback.
