  “We were absolutely thrilled with the recent roof replacement Royal Roofing completed for us. They completely stripped our existing tiles and installed a beautiful GAF Timberline Reflector Product Series slate shingle roof – exactly what we wanted. From start to finish, the service was truly exceptional; it’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like Royal Roofing did. What really stood out was the level of personal attention we received. Steve Pinkus, the company president, was incredibly accessible and took the time to answer all our questions and walk us through every detail. He even responded immediately when we contacted him on a weekend due to the weather – a level of responsiveness we haven’t experienced before. Francisco and his team were fantastic too! They did a meticulous job, addressing every one of our homeowner concerns, and kept the work area spotless each day. Francisco was particularly impressive – he was patient, incredibly attentive, and truly seemed to care about getting the job done perfectly.   “We were really frustrated after waiting for over two weeks for them to arrive. Finally, they came in on Saturday morning, but things immediately went sideways. After my husband gave them access to the property, including the parking, door codes, and garage, they called us on Sunday to say they wouldn’t continue with the installation unless we paid for a mattress that was actually on the neighbor’s balcony. They just stopped everything and left without giving us any explanation – it was incredibly abrupt and disappointing.” report abuse

  “I scheduled an appointment a week ahead, and they sent a message confirming it was still happening, with the caveat that they’d call to reschedule if it rained. Because my appointment time hadn’t changed, I didn’t feel the need to call them. However, they ended up cancelling the appointment altogether due to the rain, and the lack of a clear communication about the cancellation was a little frustrating.” report abuse
