  Caitlin was fantastic to work with on our Villa Girasole project. She really listened to our vision and brought some incredible ideas to the table, including some really clever and efficient construction plans. We especially loved the unique details she incorporated, like the Tuscan umbrella ceiling and those beautiful arched and groined ceilings – and the way she positioned the rooms to maximize natural light and views was brilliant. We started working with her on a complete overhaul of our 1950s home, a 3500 square foot two-story house that really needed a major refresh. Caitlin’s vision completely transformed it into our dream home, exceeding even our highest expectations. She brilliantly reconfigured the space and added some key areas, resulting in a stunning gourmet kitchen with breathtaking views of downtown San Diego and the bay, a beautiful formal dining room with views stretching to La Jolla, and a master bedroom that finally had those amazing westward views we’d always wanted.
