  Sarah was a fantastic consultant – we really appreciated her expertise on this project, which had been underway for a while. She went above and beyond by thoroughly reviewing our plans, and then she even came out to the house to walk through everything with us. She brought a huge selection of samples, which was incredibly helpful, and she quickly and effectively assessed our choices, offered valuable suggestions for improvements, and provided us with detailed specifications. As a project coordinator for a local contractor, I had a couple of questions about a product we were considering, and they went above and beyond to assist me – even though they had no obligation to. Over two days and multiple phone calls, they patiently worked with me to get the answers I needed. Honestly, I was amazed at their dedication. Before reaching out to Nuance, I’d spent a whole week trying to get information from other window covering companies in the Seattle area, and many simply wouldn’t help because I wasn’t a current customer. Some even promised a callback that never came! The level of service I received from Nuance is exactly what I strive for with my own team and clients.   Overall, I had a really positive experience. I particularly appreciated the showroom – it was fantastic to be able to see and test out all the different window shades and mechanisms. Trevor, our salesperson, was incredibly thorough, and the installer, Mike, did a top-notch job. Plus, the delivery was surprisingly quick for a custom order, coming in around a month.
