  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the quality of work and the way we were treated during the construction of our home. Initially, the builders were responsive, but once we raised concerns about some issues, they completely stopped communicating with us. It feels like they simply lost interest, likely because our home wasn’t one of their most expensive projects. Six years after construction, we’re now dealing with serious problems – significant mold growth on the subfloor, likely due to poor sealing and improperly installed windows and doors, as confirmed by other construction companies. The windows themselves are cracked and moldy because the house wasn't built with proper flashing and siding. We’ve even received feedback from the subcontractors about the substandard craftsmanship. The paint is constantly peeling and the walls are noticeably angled. Honestly, we feel like we were completely abandoned, and I strongly advise anyone considering hiring them to proceed with extreme caution.” report abuse

Throughout the entire build – which, let me tell you, can be incredibly stressful with all the decisions – Muston Construction was always there to offer support and guidance. What really impressed us was their attention to detail. They even have a designer who comes to the site to help us choose everything from cabinets to paint colors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The finished product is absolutely stunning – our home is perfectly tailored to our taste, and the quality of the construction is exceptional, from the cabinets to the painting.   Working with Muston Construction was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the start, we were so impressed with their commitment to creating a truly accessible home – primarily for our son who uses a wheelchair, but also to ensure everyone could comfortably enjoy our space. They really listened to our vision and brought it to life! The team in the office were incredibly helpful, always answering our questions and keeping us updated with those weekly reports from Cassia; it was so reassuring to see the progress. Keith was a brilliant project manager, and we were particularly impressed with Brad and Lane – the tile guys – they did an amazing job.   “I’m absolutely thrilled with our home – it’s still a joy to come home to after a year and a half! Honestly, I went into the design meetings expecting to have to compromise, but Muston Construction completely exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond, incorporating details that were truly special. They actually used wood from my grandfather’s old sawmill, cut 50+ years ago, to create the island, hood, barn doors, and accents throughout the living room.
