And to make matters worse, I’m still waiting for my final paycheck, which is now three weeks overdue, and I’ve been unable to get through to them by phone.   Overall, working with Pania has been positive, but there were some serious issues with the administrative side of things. The forms they use are really unpleasant, and it felt like they weren’t prioritizing efficiency or the well-being of the team. It seemed like they relied heavily on certain individuals who weren’t particularly helpful, and I felt unsupported in my work. I also found it uncomfortable that Jairo was frequently given significant amounts of time – sometimes 3 or 2 hours a week – and there seemed to be an unspoken dynamic around him.
