“We were really pleased with the service – it was prompt, friendly, and exactly what we needed when we discovered some mold in our kitchen and basement. While they could have explained that we needed more extensive mold remediation, they offered helpful advice on how to tackle it ourselves with bleach, and thankfully, the problem didn't return. We’d definitely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.”

Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with TEG and Mark Herold. They charged a significant amount of money – over four thousand dollars – and completely failed to address the issues with our house. They didn’t do the work they promised, and when I raised my concerns about the unsafe condition they left the property in, they were dismissive and frankly, rude. I felt completely ignored and it was a complete waste of money. We ended up having to hire another company to get the job done properly.
