  John and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating the plumbing in my 110-year-old home at DuPont. They really went above and beyond – dedicating a full 10 hours one day and 12 hours the next to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I was so impressed that they were able to resolve a significant issue I’d been worried about, which other companies had estimated would take a week to fix. He was incredibly thorough, conscientious, and a pleasure to work with, taking the time to explain everything clearly.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I called for a simple drain cleaning issue, and was charged a shocking $204.00 for what felt like a completely unjustified service. The technician essentially pulled a bottle cap from my sink drain – a task that took just four minutes and required minimal work. I have no experience with garbage disposals and was completely baffled by the problem. It felt like a blatant rip-off, taking advantage of a customer who was genuinely struggling. I even spoke to the General Manager beforehand, but didn’t receive a return call. I deeply regret contacting this company for assistance. report abuse

  “The technician did a really good job and got the repair done quickly – under three hours, which was fantastic. He spent most of that time tracking down the two shutoff valves and faucet stems, so I appreciate that effort. However, the price seemed a little high, and honestly, I probably would have just declined the service if I weren’t a homeowner.” report abuse

  Patrick did a fantastic job resolving our issue. He quickly understood the problem, explained the necessary steps, and then efficiently fixed both the wet pipes and the outside leak.   Liam was fantastic – he arrived within two hours of my booking and really got to work on that stubborn clogged toilet. He was so polite and easy to talk to, and he was completely upfront about the cost before he started. It was really simple to pay, and I appreciated getting a paid invoice emailed to me right away. Plus, he even offered to help if the problem came back! I’m really pleased with his service and with Brian B.
