  I was so impressed with Yanni and Rooftop Designs! I contacted them about a possible shingles issue on my roof, and Yanni immediately went to work figuring out what was going on. Just by talking through the problem, he was able to diagnose the issue perfectly – and thankfully, it wasn't as serious as I initially thought.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Rooftop Designs. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The crew arrived promptly and were incredibly professional and courteous, patiently answering all my questions throughout the entire process. And they didn’t just finish the job – they completely cleaned up every last bit of debris, including all the nails and wood scraps. I especially want to commend Tony, our sales representative, for his excellent communication. He kept us fully informed from the initial consultation right through to the completion of the project, and he was always available to address any concerns. We have two very different roof levels – one with a steep pitch and another that’s almost flat – and they tackled both with exceptional skill. To top it all off, last night there was a severe storm with heavy rain and wind, and we were amazed that not a single shingle came loose and we didn't experience a single leak! Thanks so much to my friend for recommending Rooftop Designs – we’re so happy with our new windows, gutters, and roof, and we’ll definitely be using their services again in the future when we need new doors. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Rooftop Designs. They did a fantastic job replacing our siding and gutters – the results are really impressive. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with – the sales rep, customer service, and especially the installation supervisor and his team – were professional and a pleasure to work with.   We got a few quotes for our roof, door, and window work, and Rooftop Design’s free estimate process was really easy and pleasant. Mike, Tony, and Jay were fantastic – they were professional, didn’t try to pressure us into anything, and gave us a clear, competitive price. We ended up going with a different contractor for the roof because of a personal connection, but we’re definitely considering Rooftop Design for our door and window project down the line.   “I’m really pleased with the work I had done on my rooftop. The team did a fantastic job replacing my sliding deck doors in the kitchen with French doors, and they also installed a screen door – everything looks absolutely brilliant. I was particularly impressed with their patience while I was setting up the payment plan; they were incredibly understanding, and I honestly couldn’t believe how accommodating they were.   Alex was fantastic – he went above and beyond by driving out to my cabin to give me an estimate, which was really appreciated! He was so friendly, clearly knowledgeable about his work, and even my cats seemed to like him!   I absolutely have to recommend Rooftop Designs! I recently had my roof replaced and new gutters installed, and they did an amazing job. Not only did the work look fantastic – it’s really improved the look of my house – but the whole experience was fantastic. From start to finish, they were professional and efficient. The crew was punctual, friendly, and worked incredibly hard, and the job was completed in just one day for both the roof and the gutters. Plus, they went above and beyond by even cleaning up all the debris that ended up in my neighbors’ yards! Steve was great during the initial consultation, and Yanni kept me constantly updated throughout the process to make sure everything was going exactly as I wanted.
