  We just wanted to express our sincere gratitude – we honestly can’t thank Edge enough for the incredible work they did on our home. Simone was a truly fantastic member of the team; he was so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. The biggest difference we’ve noticed is the temperature upstairs – it’s now consistently comfortable, a huge improvement! The team on-site was consistently accurate and professional, and the office support made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy, especially considering it was a grant that covered all the costs.   Overall, the weatherization grant made a noticeable positive difference in my home – I’m really seeing a big improvement in both my heating and water usage. However, the process was quite challenging. The scheduling was incredibly tight, and I felt like I was getting conflicting information about how to maximize the services. Working with some of the contractors and auditors was also difficult, which left me a little concerned that we might not have gotten everything possible done. I’m hopeful that if I’m approved again next year, I’ll have a better understanding of how to work with the team, but it definitely felt a bit rocky this time around.
