  I’m really disappointed with the service I’ve received from Eurekha Forbes regarding my AquaGuard water purifier. I reported a problem on November 7th, and despite multiple follow-ups and emails, no one has come to fix it. They keep saying it’s been escalated, but it’s been over 96 hours and still nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating to be contacted so many times just before our AMC renewal, only to be ignored when we actually need support. The purifier isn’t working, and I’m now stuck buying bottled water because of their lack of response. report abuse

  I can’t recommend Aqua Guard highly enough! From the initial consultation to the finished job, the entire experience was fantastic. Tyler, our sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions thoroughly. And the work crew – Mason, Jose, and Brock – were absolutely fantastic. They were hardworking, really courteous, and incredibly respectful of our property.   “We were so thrilled with Aquaguard’s work waterproofing our basement before we finished it. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and Barbie and Nick were fantastic – always there to answer our questions and checking in after the job was done. Honestly, we didn’t realize how much waterproofing we actually needed until they installed the drain system, and the awful musty smell disappeared completely.   Overall, I was incredibly pleased with AquaGuard’s service. They quickly and efficiently addressed the crack in my basement wall, and I was especially impressed with how they handled the unexpected water issue that had developed after four years – a problem they immediately resolved under warranty. Walter was fantastic; he coordinated the service call and his years of experience really shone through. Eddy and his team did a thorough job, carefully assessing the cause of the problem and carrying out a really comprehensive repair. I appreciated being kept in the loop every step of the way, and all my questions were answered completely. While it was a little disheartening to discover the initial repair had a problem, I’m extremely happy with how AquaGuard handled it and can confidently recommend their services. report abuse

Christopher was incredibly helpful, taking detailed photos of the crawlspace and patiently explaining all my options. Mason and the whole crew were professional, really on time, and did a truly thorough job.
