Evan was fantastic to work with in the rental department. He was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us throughout the whole process – truly a shining example of excellent customer service. We’ll definitely be back and excited to recommend him to everyone we know!

Overall, Goodluck’s place is a decent option, but there’s room for improvement. I appreciated the equipment and would likely rent from them again – however, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the equipment upon arrival. It was noticeably dirty, and I wish I’d taken photos beforehand. The $50 cleaning charge felt a little excessive given the state of things, and while it wasn’t a huge issue, it did leave a negative impression. Moving forward, I’ll definitely take pictures of the equipment before renting, and I expect a much cleaner experience next time. I’d rate it 4 stars due to the unexpected cleaning charge.
