I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. Six weeks went by after the promised repair date, and I was still charged for work that hadn’t been done. To make matters worse, the mechanic clearly made a mistake – he put my M700 in the wrong firing order, and it was obvious he’d mislabeled the cylinders. When I picked up my machine, they even suggested loading it onto my trailer with their forklift, and I discovered a faulty head gasket that needed fixing elsewhere. Honestly, it’s shocking how unprofessional this operation is.
