Overall, the kids absolutely love swimming here, which is fantastic! However, some recent work – specifically moving a lot of large rocks into the river with a dozer – has really impacted the area. It’s now much harder for the children to safely get in and out of the water, and they’re constantly slipping and falling on the rocks. It would have been great if the people working on the project had considered the kids and their need to access the river easily.
