  “We were so excited to finally build our dream home after saving for over ten years, and Phillip absolutely knocked it out of the park. We initially connected because he had the perfect lot, and our realtor really vouched for him – and honestly, he was fantastic from start to finish. Building a house is undeniably stressful, and we definitely felt that, especially with a toddler and me being heavily pregnant at the time! But Phillip and his team were incredibly professional, responsive, and dependable. What really stood out to us was how comfortable we felt on the construction site, and how patient and kind they were with our little boy – he even started calling himself a construction worker! It took a huge weight off my shoulders knowing we could just relax and watch our home take shape. Beyond just the quality of the build, we really appreciated that Phillip and his family seemed to value the same things we do. It was great to work with someone who shared our values, and we’ve actually become friends. We definitely won’t be saying goodbye to him!   Working with Phillip from Phillip Rye Custom Homes was truly a fantastic experience. We started with preparing my existing home for sale, and from that initial work, I knew I wanted him to create my new house plans and oversee the entire construction. As a first-time homeowner, I was a little nervous about the building process, but Phillip took care of everything for me – that’s what you want in a builder! He was always available to answer my questions, whether it was a quick email late at night or a text during the day, and he always responded promptly. Despite the stress of building a home, I’m so thrilled with the final result. My house is absolutely perfect, and I honestly believe Phillip helped me realize my dream.   “Looking back, it was quite the journey! My wife and I had been searching for a house for almost a year, bouncing between properties and constantly disagreeing on details. Ultimately, we decided to build, and Phillip came highly recommended. I really liked him from the start – his building style and his approach were great, and I appreciated his positive attitude. I did my research, of course, interviewing three other builders and looking at their homes. But I kept coming back to Phillip. He was really good at incorporating my wife’s specific ideas, which she’d been collecting from Pinterest – she’s got a real eye for detail! It wasn’t always easy, but Phillip really listened and delivered exactly what we wanted.
