Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience working with ArklaTex. This was our second project with them – our first was back in 2012 – and we’re very pleased with the work. Rick was fantastic, always responsive and quick to address any issues that arose, including some cosmetic fixes. We do have one small area that still needs attention, but we’re confident Rick will take care of it, just like he did in the past.

I unfortunately can’t recommend this company. The work we received was really subpar – the framing was consistently crooked, there were far too many nails used, and ultimately, the drywall ended up with a noticeable wave. To be honest, dealing with Rick was also a negative experience.
