I waited for over two hours just to get unloaded, and then I was stuck waiting another three hours for my next load – there were about 13 other trucks waiting with me! It’s completely chaotic with no apparent order, and people are losing their place in line. To improve the process, you absolutely need to start taking phone numbers and proactively calling drivers when it’s their turn.
