  We were absolutely thrilled with the work Jesper, Anna and the whole MPH crew did for our camp! It was fantastic to see them tackle the challenges of a camp built way back in 1950. Anna was incredibly organized and kept a really tight control of the budget, which gave us a huge sense of security. Dave and Luke’s carpentry was top-notch, and Scott Roberts and Cole Watson’s excavation and lift work were truly impressive. We’ll definitely be reaching out to MPH again for future projects – they were fantastic to work with and we even made some wonderful new friends along the way.   Maine Passive completely transformed a historic bank building into the absolutely stunning Gemini Cafe, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! They took a building stripped down to its core and created a bright, beautiful, and incredibly efficient space that's a joy for both us and our customers to be in. What’s truly remarkable is that Maine Passive seamlessly integrated passive design elements and heat pumps, allowing us to operate the cafe entirely without relying on fossil fuels – a huge benefit. The team worked brilliantly with all the subcontractors, expertly coordinating the electrical, plumbing, and structural work to ensure everything was perfectly fitted to the demands of a busy bakery. They really listened to our vision for the design and layout, and their dedication to our community project was truly inspiring. We wholeheartedly recommend Maine Passive – 10/10! report abuse

  Working with Maine Passive House was absolutely amazing – we’re so incredibly grateful for the entire team’s dedication and expertise. From start to finish, Jesper, Katrina, Pat, and everyone at MPH truly went above and beyond to help us create a beautiful and incredibly energy-efficient home. Thanks to their knowledge and meticulous attention to detail, our house is now a Final Certified Passive House and has a fantastic HERS rating of 18 – all without solar panels! They really listened to our vision and tackled every challenge with thoughtful, experience-based solutions. Katrina was fantastic at managing the project, keeping us informed with regular updates and a clear schedule, and we even came in under budget! Everyone we met – the team and their subcontractors – were professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled.
