  This is a fantastic store! It’s been a local favorite for over 50 years, and you can tell – the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and really dedicated. It's a wonderful, family-run business with a great selection, and I highly recommend it. report abuse

  Overall, the shop is conveniently located, but my experience was unfortunately marred by a really unpleasant interaction. The staff were friendly with other customers, but I felt completely dismissed and treated with rudeness by one of the older gentlemen mixing paint. It felt like I was an unwelcome annoyance, which was completely unfair given my polite demeanor. I wouldn’t return unless I absolutely had to. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this store. I’d been hoping to support a local business, but it was a complete letdown. From the moment I walked in, I was ignored – the staff completely failed to acknowledge my presence, while others behind me were greeted warmly. I spent a frustrating amount of time searching for items, and when I finally asked about pricing, I was met with a shockingly rude and dismissive attitude. What’s truly concerning is that this isn’t a one-off issue. I’ve heard from other female customers that they’ve had similar experiences, and one of them even questioned whether they’d be treated differently if they were a man. It was appalling. As business owners ourselves, we were treated with a blatant lack of respect, making us feel like we were being spoken down to. We won’t be returning – we’ll be heading to Lowe’s or Home Depot instead. report abuse

  Overall, it was a really positive experience. The team were incredibly helpful, friendly, and clearly knew their products well. The store itself was nicely organized and easy to navigate. I’m just waiting to see if their prices align with what I’m looking for. report abuse
