I would strongly advise against working with this company. As a developer, you should definitely steer clear. Their management team is incredibly unresponsive and their construction process is a complete disaster. They routinely block off roads and alleys without any warning or authorization, and it’s incredibly disruptive to the neighborhood. I had a particularly frightening experience when they opened a manhole in my alley with no safety precautions – no cones, no personnel, nothing! It was unbelievably reckless. They seem to have absolutely no regard for the existing community and the potential danger they create. Things have gotten even worse since my initial review. Now they’ve blocked my gate and are using my porch for construction without even asking. On top of that, they’re hanging huge cement blocks over my yard for days on end without any communication. It’s incredibly dangerous and I’m keeping detailed records in case something happens – I’m seriously considering contacting DCRA instead.”

“There were some serious concerns raised about the project’s management. It seemed like they were consistently shorting subcontractors on orders and leaving them to handle the discrepancies. The project managers were also frequently assigned to jobs that didn’t match their expertise, and there was a pattern of setting overly ambitious goals while simultaneously charging for minor issues – it felt like a fundamentally unfair and dishonest approach.”

This company is fantastic! It’s clear they have a really positive and talented team – everyone seems smart and engaged, and they’re working on some truly impressive projects.

It seems like there’s been a significant challenge with this project, and we’ve seen a lot of effort being put in to get it back on track. Multiple superintendents have been involved, which suggests a complex situation requiring focused attention to resolve the initial issues.

They were observed tossing trash from their car while driving on the highway.

Honestly, this work is exceptional – truly the best I’ve seen in the entire country.
-
They were a really friendly and approachable team.
