“I was really disappointed with the tech support I received. I contacted them via email and Stephen Tipton responded on July 10th, requesting my property address and unit number. However, he never followed up or answered any of my subsequent emails. It’s unacceptable to simply disappear after initial contact – good tech support needs to be responsive and helpful.”

I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. I’ve tried repeatedly to get through to someone who could actually help, calling ten times total, and it was always the same – either a long wait to speak to a supervisor or being looped back into the automated system. Honestly, the level of service I received was completely unacceptable and shockingly incompetent. I’m extremely disappointed and, as a result, I’m looking to switch to a different provider.
