“I wanted to share a really special experience I had at this business. I was driving my truck when I had a tire blowout right in front of them. It was a stressful situation, and I ended up waiting for over an hour while a mechanic worked on it. But what truly stood out was the incredible service. They not only addressed the immediate problem, but they also went above and beyond – offering me ice water and a comfortable, air-conditioned office to wait. Honestly, they turned a really bad day into something positive, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for their kindness and hospitality.”

Overall, we’ve been really frustrated with the issues we’ve encountered during the build and, frankly, the air conditioning has been the biggest concern. While we appreciate the quality of many of the materials used, there were a few compromises made in certain areas. Most notably, the fridge hasn’t worked properly and it took an unacceptable amount of time to get that resolved. However, the air conditioning is a serious problem. We were assured that the design, which spans across three levels, was sufficient for a luxury home, especially considering the insulation. Yet, living here, the third floor becomes unbearably hot in the summer. The air duct system doesn’t effectively separate airflow between floors, meaning it doesn’t adjust properly for the seasons. Despite multiple evaluations by the subcontractor, we’re now being told it functions as designed, but it still struggles to bring the temperature down to our target of 74°F, and the air feels stagnant. Even with vents closed on the lower levels, we still experience barely any airflow on the top floor. It seems the air handler is simply not powerful enough to handle the space. This is incredibly disappointing, especially given our expectations for a comfortable and relaxing home.
