  “We couldn’t be happier with Unlimited Construction & Remodeling! From start to finish, Rafi and Shamy were fantastic – they really took the time to understand our vision and created a fantastic plan to remodel our 1950s home, including a beautiful new Accessory Dwelling Unit in the detached garage. We were kept fully in the loop throughout the entire project, and we really appreciated being able to make adjustments along the way to stay on budget and get exactly what we wanted. The transformation is incredible! What used to be a complete disaster in the garage is now a stunning “granny flat” that we’ve used to visit our daughter and family. And the main house is now so much more comfortable with three brand-new bathrooms – they’re absolutely gorgeous! They also added a wonderful laundry area and extra storage. The connected lanai is a brilliant addition. Rafi and his team were incredibly considerate of our daughter's family, who were living in the house during the remodel, and they worked hard to minimize any disruption.” report abuse

  “I’ve been a returning customer of Unlimited Construction & Remodeling, and I couldn’t be happier with the recent renovation of our home. We decided to do a full remodel and ended up tackling two bathrooms, our bedroom closet, the laundry closet, and even moving our attic door – it was a pretty extensive project! What really stood out was the care and attention Rafi and his team put into everything. We had a custom vanity built for our master bathroom, which involved a lot of design work on my part, and Rafi’s cabinet maker truly created a beautiful, dream vanity. There were a couple of initial hiccups on my side, but with a few adjustments, it exceeded my expectations. Honestly, every single aspect of the bathroom renovations was perfect – from the framing and stone work to the glass and tile. Everyone was incredibly skilled and offered really helpful, honest advice, guiding us towards the best choices. We had to adapt our design a little due to some structural limitations, but in the end, I think the changes actually enhanced the space. Rafi and his crew were fantastic – incredibly clean, professional, and they even made our dogs feel welcome! It really felt like working with a family-owned business you can trust. They completely transformed my two-car garage into a gorgeous 2-bedroom ADU, and Rafi was fantastic throughout the entire process.   Kourosh C.’s experience with Unlimited Construction was overwhelmingly positive, and he’s surprisingly enthusiastic about sharing it! He usually doesn’t write reviews, but felt compelled to after a fantastic experience building a second story addition with his family. Rafi was instrumental in the project, bringing a great eye for design and really listening to their specific needs and concerns – especially important for his kids who now have their own rooms and everyone has plenty of bathroom space.   Rafi and the team at Unlimited really exceeded my expectations. They handled the conversion of my garage into an ADU with such attention to detail and responsiveness – I always felt kept in the loop. The whole process was incredibly professional and they offered fantastic advice and guidance, which was hugely appreciated. Ultimately, the finished ADU is absolutely stunning, and I’ve received so many positive comments from everyone who’s seen it.
