  “We were absolutely thrilled with our new vinyl floor! As we live in an older house, we were just looking for a straightforward replacement. Ben’s had such a fantastic selection of patterns to choose from, and the whole process was incredibly easy. The appointment for measuring was quick and convenient, and the installation itself was truly outstanding – Michael was so knowledgeable and did a genuinely beautiful job.   Overall, we were incredibly happy with the finished job – they really delivered! We recently had them redo some flooring, and the quality was outstanding. Mike did a fantastic job with the hardwood installation, paying really close attention to the details, like making sure the closet doors didn't get damaged during the demolition. The transition between the new hardwood and the existing hallway flooring was seamless. My only slight concern was that the project took a little longer than initially anticipated; Mike was working on his own after the initial removal, which added a few days to the timeline. Despite that, the results were absolutely beautiful, and I’d highly recommend them – just be prepared for it to take a little longer than you might expect. report abuse

Ben himself is fantastic, checking in regularly to make sure everything’s going well, and his team always explains what they’re doing.   Ben’s Flooring did a fantastic job installing our new luxury vinyl plank flooring! From the start, everyone was so helpful, especially in finding the perfect shade to match our knotty pine walls – they brought us tons of samples to make sure we got it just right. Michael, our installer, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly punctual, arriving at 7:30 am every day and working incredibly hard. He was really professional and did a fantastic job – we absolutely love the new floor and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We’d definitely use them again! report abuse

  Overall, the renovation looks fantastic! They completely transformed the space – the new flooring and carpet on all floors, along with the updated kitchen with the new counter, sink, faucet, and backsplash, really make a difference. They were even incredibly thoughtful to adjust the upstairs doors to fit the new carpet.   “Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. They scheduled a measurement and quote for our apartment, but we never received the bid. I went back to the store to follow up, and it turned out they’d lost our measurements. We had to reschedule, and then I waited nearly half an hour past the new appointment time, only to find they had no idea where their installer was. After an hour of waiting and multiple calls, they finally said he’d swing by – but we still didn’t get an estimate. It was a complete waste of my time.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my recent experience trying to get a quote for a kitchen and bathroom renovation. It’s been a couple of months since they took measurements, and when I called to follow up, I was told I couldn’t get a quote until I personally selected all the materials – the tile, cabinets, everything – at their showroom. I was completely taken aback, as that hadn't been discussed at all. The response I received was incredibly rude and dismissive; it felt like she was blaming me for not knowing. Honestly, it was a profoundly frustrating and unprofessional interaction, and we decided to move on. Despite hearing good things about their installation team from my neighbors, the poor communication really left a negative impression. report abuse

  “The floors look absolutely fantastic – they were already beautiful hardwood that was refinished back in June of 2018 before we moved in. Considering the house is nearly 30 years old, it’s amazing how well they’ve held up and look brand new.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. I went in hoping to find some luxury vinyl plank flooring, but the salesperson was incredibly rude and dismissive. I left my contact information with the expectation of a callback, but never heard from them. When I finally called back myself, I was told they simply didn’t have the time or the product for me – it felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful.
