  I just wanted to say how incredibly pleased I’ve been with Atlantic Comfort. I’ve worked with three different technicians and a few of the office staff, and everyone has been fantastic – truly top-notch! They’ve always responded incredibly quickly, showing up within two hours of my calls, including one evening at 7 pm where a technician was actually at my house by 8 pm to fix the problem. It’s clear they’re knowledgeable, friendly, and pay close attention to detail. I highly recommend them if you need any heating or cooling work – you definitely won’t be disappointed! report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Atlantic Comfort Systems. Matt Tuller was incredibly helpful from the start, providing a clear and reasonable estimate – much better than some of the other quotes we received. He was really professional and we felt completely comfortable with his suggestions. The crew, especially Foreman, were friendly and the technicians did a fantastic job with the installation. We’ve just started using the heating system and it’s working perfectly, so we’re really excited to see how it performs during the summer! report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. I’ve had nothing but problems with them. Last year, it took over a month just to get a simple mini-split installed, and the scheduling kept getting pushed back – at one point, the window stretched to over 60 days! Then, just last week, I called to reschedule as an existing customer and didn’t hear back. After waiting almost a week, I finally managed to get an appointment scheduled, but they assured me it was the first appointment of the day, so delays wouldn’t be an issue. Today, they left me waiting for hours without any communication, and then I found out my appointment had been canceled! It’s completely unacceptable – the lack of communication and disregard for my time is appalling. I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. report abuse

I started with them when I had central air installed, and over the years, they’ve handled my whole-house generator and even upgraded my central air to a heat pump. I’ve always appreciated their responsiveness and how they’ve been proactive about my needs.
