  Matt and his team were fantastic – truly the best we could have hoped for. From the very beginning, he took the time to really understand our vision and walked us through every single step of the process, always answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had. We were amazed that they were able to almost double the size of our house and completed the entire project within just four months, which was significantly faster than any other contractor we spoke with. The level of detail and care they put into everything was outstanding, and we absolutely love our new space!   Matt did an absolutely fantastic job renovating the first floor of our Victorian – a beautiful 1895 home. He completely rebuilt the kitchen and informal eating area, and added a full bath and a lovely deck. What really stood out was his proactive approach; he anticipated potential problems and had great solutions ready. The quality of his work was outstanding, from the initial framing to the final trim, and he really understood how to blend the new additions seamlessly with the original home’s character.   “We hired Matt three years ago to completely renovate our living area, essentially gutting the entire house down to the studs. While we loved the work itself at the time, we’re incredibly disappointed with the results now. The ceilings have developed huge cracks, and unfortunately, Matt has become unresponsive – he hasn’t returned any of my texts. It’s unacceptable considering the significant investment we made – around $100,000 – and the quality of the finished product is nowhere near what we expected.” report abuse

  I was really pleased with the work done on the addition and the back azzac deck/MB construction. Everything turned out great and they stuck to the agreed-upon schedule. I was especially impressed that they quickly identified and resolved a few unexpected issues in one of our walls – they handled it efficiently and without any delays.
