  Walton did a fantastic job with the initial binder application at my house – the crew was really friendly and professional, and I appreciated being informed I could drive on the driveway the next day. However, we unfortunately experienced some issues when a rainstorm affected the cobblestone apron. It took nearly a year for them to finally address the problem, and the repair was rushed – they arrived with only 15 minutes’ notice at the end of the day and it seemed they weren’t fully prepared. While the apron was ultimately relaid, the quality of the work was lacking; a broken cobblestone was used and they didn’t have adequate sand. It was disappointing that no one followed up to ensure we were satisfied. Honestly, there’s a real need for better management and communication from Walton’s side, and we’ll be going with a different company for the final coat. report abuse
