  “I’m really frustrated with the service I received. I repeatedly got calls asking me to contact the 800 number, and yesterday I spent a long time trying to get through to get a message. No one ever answered. Eventually, I tried the 406 number, but again, I couldn’t get through – the person told me my alarm must have cleared itself, even though my husband confirmed it hadn’t. This resulted in a needed furnace repair, and the representative I spoke with seemed completely out of touch, not even acknowledging the specific weather conditions in Red Lodge.” report abuse

  “I was getting a really persistent high-pitched noise and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Luckily, a neighbor stopped by and showed me how to shut it off. I then called the number on the window sticker, and a woman identified herself as being with [Company Name – if available]. She asked for my address and explained it was an alert about a battery replacement and what to look for in the crawl space. I told her it would take some time to investigate, and I’d give her a call once I located the battery she described. I’m still searching for it and plan to call her back soon.” report abuse

He quickly identified and resolved a few issues with my video camera system, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He also walked me through the process of downloading night videos and outlined his plans to upgrade some of my cameras and add new ones.
