They quickly and efficiently surveyed both of my properties – one in New York and one in Pennsylvania – and did a great job explaining everything to me, especially how they used the boundaries and landmarks to create an accurate map.   “I cannot recommend this company at all. They completely disregarded our calls – we left multiple messages for both Mr. Ailesworth and Mr. Parker, and each time we were met with incredibly rude receptionists. It was a really frustrating and disrespectful experience, and I would give them a zero rating. Seriously, don’t bother contacting them.” report abuse

They installed our radon mitigation system quickly and efficiently – everything was handled with a high level of professionalism, and they even finished the job ahead of schedule! The estimate was accurate, the work was spotless, and most importantly, the system has significantly reduced our radon levels to a level well below the EPA’s recommended guidelines.   “I had a really positive first experience when I initially contacted you – the communication was well-organized. However, my follow-up the next day was unfortunately quite disappointing. The person at the front desk seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and their response felt disrespectful and dismissive. It’s important for every customer to feel valued and receive full attention, and the way I was treated felt really belittling. Phrases like ‘like I said’ are simply unacceptable. I believe in good customer service, which includes empathy and a friendly approach. Honestly, I’m going to be taking my business elsewhere – I’d rather pay a little more if it means receiving better service. I’ve been told Laura will be calling me back when it suits her, but I’d appreciate it if she could contact me at a time that’s convenient for *me*.” report abuse
