  “I’m really pleased with the service I received – the technician was incredibly courteous and professional and arrived promptly. He took care of a problem with one of our HVAC units that had just stopped working, and he quickly diagnosed and repaired it, replacing a necessary part. I’ve been using the same technician for the past five years, and I’ve always been very satisfied with his work. It’s a shame to see service rates increasing so much lately though.” report abuse

  Mr. Ray did a fantastic job investigating and fixing the gas leak in our furnace. He quickly identified and corrected two leaks in the flex supply line, replacing them with solid pipe and bringing the system up to code. Now everything is nice and warm, and we no longer notice any gas odor – a huge relief! We were really pleased with how promptly and efficiently he handled the situation.   “I’ve been using Western Sales and Service for almost 20 years, and they’ve always provided fantastic service. Recently, they sent Frank out to help my brother, and he was absolutely wonderful! He quickly diagnosed and fixed his central air conditioning, and even coordinated with the roofers who were working on our new roof – thankfully, we were able to get that scheduled for this Friday. Frank was relaxed, professional, and really knowledgeable, and he was also taking precautions with Covid-19, which I really appreciated.   “I had a problem with my AC and they were able to diagnose and fix it quickly, which was great. However, the experience was really frustrating due to the high cost and poor communication. They charged a $79 service fee plus $393 for the thermostat cable and fuse replacement. I wasn’t contacted at all about scheduling the work or discussing the cost beforehand – I just received the bill. When I questioned the price, they said they would follow up, but I never heard back. I finally called to verify the bill on June 22nd, and still couldn't get an explanation. While they’re clearly knowledgeable and capable technicians, the lack of communication and the high cost make it a difficult experience.” report abuse
