Misty was fantastic – she really took the lead on getting everything organized and handling all the meetings and site visits. But I have to say, Cherri has been a huge asset. She’s been incredibly helpful in navigating the decisions and figuring out the perfect layout for my new space, and she’s been so patient with me as I’ve made my choices.   “We hired Cherri to design and build our home on Smith Lake back in 2008, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. She really took the time to get to know us – she even spent a weekend with us and our dogs at a friend’s place to see how we lived. We sent her tons of pictures, sorting them into “love” and “hate” categories, and she created a truly unique home that perfectly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, plus it incorporates solar and geothermal systems. What’s amazing is that what started as a weekend retreat quickly became our full-time home; it just felt right. We’ve been thrilled with how efficient and beautiful it is, and the views are incredible. We recently added an extra room, and naturally, we went straight back to Cherri to make sure it fit seamlessly with the rest of the property. Despite her practice getting busier, she gave this smaller project the same level of dedication and thoughtfulness, really listening to what we wanted.
