“I had a really frustrating experience trying to get a windshield replacement arranged through State Farm and Lynx Systems. On Friday, August 4th, I initially contacted Auto Glass Outfitters and then Lynx Systems to get an update on the OEM replacement I’d requested. However, I got a confusing and frankly evasive response – it felt like a runaround about the availability of OEM glass. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was repeatedly put on hold and transferred without a clear answer. Ultimately, they informed me they no longer wanted to work with me. It seemed like they were dodging a simple question about accountability and transparency. Honestly, I was left feeling like Auto Glass Fitters no longer values its relationship with State Farm or its customers. I would suggest looking for a company that’s willing to be upfront and honest.”

I’d definitely recommend them and absolutely plan to use their services again.”
